See
http://creativecommons.org/license/ for more details or to generate a license of your own. The new Creative Commons 3.0 license allows the user much more control of how the public is allowed to use, share, and remix their work.
One of the newest features to be unrolled in Creative Commons 3.0 licenses is that licenses can now feature jurisdictional limits.
By going to the above link, you can design a license that can be for the United States, Australia, New Zealand, practically anywhere. The licenses made for each jurisdiction are printed in the languages used in that area.
Also, a master license which is shown on a separate page can be linked directly into the Creative Commons license and imprinted directly onto the license. In this way you can write a master Creative Commons copyright license in a DA journal, and place a link to that journal on the Creative Commons page and the link will be imprinted directly onto your Creative Commons license.
Licenses which use modifications now say the following: Permissions beyond the scope of this public license are available at [link]
