As there is so much information on DeviantART already it would be a pointless exercise recreating a guide to cover copyright. Therefore we have consolidated all the information on dA regarding these issues we can find. All deviants can now be in possession of the facts and therefore, fully understand that if images are used without the correct permission their submissions will be removed. If these warnings are repeatedly ignored further action could ensue. The worst case scenario is that those whose copyrights you have violated could take legal action against you and we wouldn't want that situation to arise.
This is a must read for all deviants who submit to the Wallpaper Galleries.
