reports, December 14, 2007To all attendees planning on attending AniMix Con 2008,
Registration started officially December 1, 2007 and will end July 1, 2008. If you didn't know, myself and QTK ANIME will be hosting an Anime and Video game convention at the Plaza Hotel and Conference Center in Killeen, Texas July 18-20, 2008. Killeen is located 10 mins away from Fort Hood, Texas (one of the U.S.'s biggest military instillations). Registration is only $30 for all three days and the hotel prices are as cheap as it gets: $69 a night for one or two people. The MAX is four people in a room and that price (for all four people is only $89 a night. Cheap right? Even though the price is cheap, the quality is superb!

Darell Guilbeau (Voice Actor: Overman King)
Chris Hazelton (Manga artist: Misfile)
Stephanie Yanez (Jpop Singer from Gainix)

We will have lots of activities for the family and kids. We'll feature workshops, panels, pictures with Pikachu, autograph signings, karaoke, concerts, masquerade balls, cosplay, video game rooms, video screening rooms, game shows, contests, art auctions, hallway cosplays, and for the first time AniMix'as original Final Fantasy VII Ball (featuring Rinoa and Squall dancers).
Hurry up and sign up now... before the price goes up. I want to make this con affordable to the masses. So if you can make it please take advantage of a deal of only $10 a day for the whole weekend. I'm currently working on snail mail registration forms for attendee's that don't like to register online. But for now attendee's looking to register today will have to do so online. Badges can be mailed to you or you can pick them up at the convention. If you register please let me know which one.
