couldn't find typografy entry, anyway, I was bored during illustrator class, or was it indesign? Anyway, I had a g on my workspace that moment.


For my second project in type class, we had to chose two fonts and make a poster illustrating history about the font and showing examples of the font itself. I chose Optima and Bookman for a font and tried to separate the two in their own posters. I wanted to take a chance and try to combine all the letters and punctuation into one big mess and have it be more of an image instead of an example. I feel that in posters images are very important to catch the reader’s eye. So I did the same for both posters and then for the third poster, I had to figure out a way to combine the two. I took my design to a completely different level by combing in all letters and punctuations of each font and putting them together into a much bigger collage. It was very interesting to see how all the letters went and did not go together.


A piece of typography from one of the projects that h'm doing at university at the moment...all boring stuff. lol. Not my best work, but its gotta be done. Cant be bothered to explain what the made up words mean. meh.

okay. i only did this because i wanted to try doing some text art..and i couldn't think of any other subject..so..this is the first time i ever did this..and in photoshop pa. somone give me illustrator na pleeeeaaaseeeeee.. hey, i tried! p.s. i didnt make up some of the words! haha! theyre from real ateneo cheers, from the ateneo graduation song and the atene hail by the blue babble battalion
