Now that all our packages have been opened and our tummies are full of holiday treats, as the old year comes to a close and the new one dawns – it’s time to remember back to the things that made us smile, laugh, and pause in our hurried lives this past year – those memories – small and large – that gave meaning to our lives!
Contest: Favorite Memories of 2007 [link]
Category: Visual Art and Literature – all mediums
There will be three judges in each category. We are in NEED of prize donations and would LOVE it if you’d like to donate a prize to this very heart-warming contest!
Rules:
You must be a member to participate in the contest so if you haven’t joined yet, here’s a link to our membership page: [link]
All mediums accepted – placed in two categories – visual art and literature.
The entry must relate to the topic – favorite memories (or memory) of 2007
You may only enter one submission in each category.
Deviations must be created AFTER December 26th, 2007. Please – new work only!
Please send a note to the club with the subject “Contest Entry” and a link to your entry. We will then post it on our page with a link to your original.
Deadline: January 31st, 2008.
So get your creative minds working and help us usher in a New Year by remembering what was good about this one!!
