About The Competition

Yes it is BACK and ready to go! The poetry competition got roughly 75 entries in November and it was difficult to choose a winner! *MPMG *ngatti and *sammehsweet all strolled away with prizes in 'all about me'. *sammehsweet kindly donated their prize back into the competition fund. Aww.

So you can win a three month deviantART subscription (for you or a friend) if your in the top three of this months competition (1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place)... and all enterants are listed in my journal, which means even if you dont win youll get a few nosey people viewing your page to see what you wrote!

All I want you to do is write your poem about the theme (an original piece only, and a NEW piece, not already posted on DA) before the deadline, submit it to DA, then drop me a note or comment linking to it. I will comment on your poem and add it to the 'entry' list. In return please link to me on your journal and in the poems 'artists comments' so others can enter. Belief

I want to know about faith, and religion, and morals.. Do you believe in God? Do you believe that spending millions of pounds on fireworks on New Years Eve when people are starving is wrong? Do you believe that entering competitions is a waste of time? Do you believe in animal rights?

It doesnt have to be obvious, it doesnt have to be something even thats well known about, but it has to be personal. What do you believe in and why.
