CNN Money examines in depth the art site Etsy.com and the struggle it is currently facing to keep it's user base, fellow artist's like us on deviantART. It is a very interesting read, to say the least, and will surely raise a few eyebrows.
Gangs in the United States are not a new or recent phenomenon. Their history has been traced back to the post Revolutionary War days and originally they formed as a means of self-protection and as social clubs.
Are you depressed? Do you feel like you are a failure? Do you feel empty inside? Do you sometimes end up harming yourself, or punishing yourself in some way? Do you find yourself unable to handle stress sometimes?
This might help. Give it a read, it might change your life. It changed mine.

Even in times of war, the Soldier as an individual is of no consequence. The Soldier is a symbol, a simple pawn in a culture war. The Soldier is either a villain, or a Hero. The Soldier always serves for the honor of his country, not his paycheck. The Soldier is faithful, as there are 'no atheists in the trenches'. The Soldier is Combat Arms. The Soldier is male, he married a young white girl, and he has a baby on the way, whom he has never met.

Exactly 35 years to the day after taking his Pulitzer winning photo of an injured girl in Vietnam, Nick Ut shot another young woman in distress - Paris Hilton. Both pictures made headline news worldwide -- And both are depressingly iconic their time.
Quelle coincidence! Maybe not as iconic as the shot 35 years its senior though.

It's sad to think that there are people whose job is to actually chase around celebrities and go to extreme lengths to find out what they do on their personal time. I mean it's interesting for about second till the next thought comes up. It would drive me nuts and piss me off if that was happening to me. It's one thing to have your picture taken when your working, or at an award event for those people, but who cares where Britney took a shit this morning, or what Paris said about somebody else last night. I dont think this is good at all. Just another celebrity in the spotlight for messing up. Its a growing trend.
I agree. I don't know what's more worthless: Prominent useless celebrity scum, or idiots who chase after them, sometimes risking their own or others' lives, just to get a picture of them to make it on the frontpage.
one thing that might just as well be more worthless is...the bleeming idiots who buy the stupid publications that the pics end up in

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
