If you have an idea that you believe would help somebody, we want to hear about it. We're looking for ideas that help as many people as possible, in any way, and we're committing the funding to launch them. You can submit your ideas and help vote on ideas from others. Final idea selections will be made by an advisory board."
Google will donate a $10 million sponsorship to the top 5 ideas.

This is the second year McAfee has done the report, and Paris Hilton went from being the most dangerous celebrity search last year to falling off the list completely this year, while Britney Spears, who was fourth last year, also disappeared from the rankings.

I am holding a contest, I am giving all the info on my link in the signature of mine,
if you are interested please read my journal by following the link.
The DA has a difficult message distribution. It is hard to get a message to many people at once, so that they all can see it and find it. I tried Forums, didn't work, I couldn't even find my own spot once I left it.
And by making a journal I still didn't get the mass of people because I am one of a million ppls that use (and love) DA. So, the contest is a search for a character, he is free for looks and such, but in my journal I give enough detail for him that he won't be something completely out of the playing field of what I sorta want.
Uh, ... about the prizes,
I have absolutely no money, being a collage student, and a starving artist. (damn the people who made that saying). So the prizes are geared to other benefits, I am terribly sorry for this.
1st Prize:
A full feature in my journal! Yay?
Allowance to request pics when you want.
You get me! Yes it sounds odd. But what I mean is the First Prize can include a partnership as artist. I do everything, and I learn quick, even if my gallery shows only some of my art (due to lack of scanner).
All others,
You get your pic saved to my favorites, and in addition (not only, you have to make it into my faves to make it into this part!) you get a small feature (your ID) in my journal.

I only will take so many artworks before I close it up.
So please come by and see if you can achieve something no other has been able to accomplish! (I mean it!).
