"Deviant" means "differing from a norm or from the accepted standards of a society", and that is what this contest is about. We want to deviants to create a Heart Theme Deviation that is "different from the norm" of what we typically see here at dA, or is personally "different" for you.

How Are You Being Judged:
There will be a panel of judges (yet to be announced) who will not only look for a well executed deviation, but also how much you've swayed from the norm, how truly "deviant" did your heart theme deviation become. Be CREATIVE, be INNOVATIVE, be
DIFFERENT!


Prizes:
There will be a First, Second, and Third place winner, plus all entries will be featured in a news article. First place includes a 1-year-subscription, and so far the prize packs are:

Rules:

1. You must be a member of *The-Heart club to enter. To find out how to join the club, go HERE .

2. All Medias and Styles of art are accepted.

There is no rule as to how many hearts should be in the deviation, if the hearts should be a realistic rendering or the heart symbol, or if there should be people included or not; all of that is up to you. Just be VERY CREATIVE, be a REAL DEVIANT!.

3. The deviation must be new, i.e., uploaded to dA after January 13th.

4. You can submit TWO entries.

5. The deviation must be in your gallery. Deviations in Scraps or a photo share account will not be excepted.

6. The Deadline is February 29th. The deviation must be dated the 29th to be accepted.
