reports, January 27 There is this new (not so new) Hallmark contest that is about taking a funny photo of your pet and making a birthday card with it!
Hallmark says: Here's the deal: You send us your cute, silly, strange, funny pet photos paired with some of your very own birthday-themed writing. Be clever, be funny, be creative... be you. We'll pick the best and print them. Then you all vote for your favorite to select the Grand Prize Winner.
It's easy, really:
Set up your account
Pick your photo
Write a birthday greeting
Submit your creation
67 finalists means that you've got a great shot at featuring your best buddy nationwide in over 10,000 participating stores! Plus you could become our Grand Prize Winner! — $1,000 Cash and a photo shoot here at Hallmark's photo studio. (Hello, Kansas City!)
We've got some helpful Tips and FAQs for you, and a couple of Rules just to keep it fair.

2 Entries must consist of a photo in a high quality .pdf or .jpg format.
3 Photos must be 300 dpi or higher; actual photo measurements should be around a 4" x 6" vertical photo or 1,200 x 1,800 pixels.
4 Entries for the Contest must be received by Hallmark via the official contest website between 12:01 a.m. CST on January 14, 2008, and 11:59 p.m. CST on February 3, 2008.
5 You may enter the Contest only once.
