I suggest you use the 'report policy voilation' link to the right of the description if you feel offended by this image.
Anyway, this depends on how offended or open minded you are towards such issues. There's even photographer (maybe photographers, not only in dA) who featured shots of Jesus' crucifix on a woman's vagina. The shots are professionally taken. It's very subjective what art is.
If you're easily moved or offended by this, just report him. Simple as that.
