Project Comment is all about the community, so instead of just sticking to one thing and effectively closing all our walls and doors, were issuing a weekly Around dA, Project Comment style.
This news article includes things you can take part of (Groups, Features, Projects and More!), FAQs and Tuts, Guides and Resources. Each category is limited to only five things so that you have time to visit each individually.
There was a play on; a half hour treat between grim news headlines. This particular play was a monologue about an elderly lady suffering the effects of Alzheimer's Disease......................
Discussing page views, activity and popularity, ~ChaoticSkye explores the inner workings of the community on deviantART from her point of view.
Although this does not apply to everyone, we hope the article is a worthwhile read and that the majority perceive things from a different point of view from reading this.
How can I gain exposure? That is a question I often find myself, and others, asking. To answer that question I have written this article with tips on how to gain more views, comments, favorites, and even watchers.
The German editor TASCHEN has just published an amazing, heavyweight book about Magic. This impressive book (Hardcover, 29 x 44 cm (11.4 x 17.3 in.), 650 pages, 7 kg) celebrates more than 500 years of the dazzling visual culture of the world's greatest magicians.
Abstract art is art that does not depict objects in the natural world, but instead uses colour and form in a non-representational way. And one of the best things is that it is not bound to an specific medium. You can achive excellent results with a pencil, a brush, a camera, or with digital art.
A lot of interesting examples of this art can be found here on DeviantArt. With the help of my watchers and some people in the thumbshare forum I've selected some excellent pieces which show the wide range of this sophisticated form of art. And most of these pieces don't get the recognition they deserve. So it would be very nice if you may have a look at some of these.

got to disagree with you, you say that. "Abstract art is art that does not depict objects in the natural world, but instead uses colour and form in a non-representational way."
Most abstract are does depic objects etc. It just does it in a different way. Picasso was famous for his abstract art and he did many portraits in this style. But this is a good way to get a load of your fractals into the page.

I never said that it is not possible that you can interpret some things shown in abstract art as objects or even as portrait. But abstract art is much more then only abstraction from real world objects.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
