Director of Artist Relations


Hello!

The purpose of Artist Relations is to strengthen the community spirit as well as network with fellow artists so that we may bring outside opportunities to you, and help you to hone your skills. The Gallery Directors are the first people you should go to regarding your galleries. They are the people you need to make gallery suggestions to, and ask questions about your specific genre, or seek knowledge from. They also act as your lifeline to the administration. They are here to support and listen, and I can tell you we've got incredibly talented, devoted and passionate people on this team, so get to know them!

Artist Relations is a constant work in progress and changes to the team happen constantly. As such, we say thank you and wish the best of luck to `thespook, `Einion, `GunShyMartyr, `PoeticWar, `emciem, `jgfeller, and `touchedvenus. Please take the time to visit these people and thank them for the impact their efforts made.

Last newsletter we announced *collab-da and we're happy to report that more than 900 of you have joined the collaboration movement! We've opened up a chatroom at #dAcollab so you can all get together, be sure to join in the fun! Together we're going to create some amazing things

Problems with Stock Resources is an important read for stock users!

Gallery directors are getting crazy! They've begun trading places to learn about the other genres so we, as a team, can better support our incredibly varied community! Take a look at the results from the first week of this project here

Film, Film, Film!! If you haven't gotten involved in the film webring or heard about Ani-jam you need to get yourselves over to ^deviantartfilm and get educated and involved!

We started a project called Project Educate, late last year and it will be starting again shortly. Be prepared to learn new things, get involved in contests and of course ^shell4art's famous scavenger hunts!
