Hopefully you'll discover a new artist here that you might not ordinarily find in your travels. So go ahead, send some traffic their way! And fave it (or better yet, watch and comment them) if you like their stuff!
I usually look for good color theory, technical knowledge, composition, and "clickability.” Plus a little bit of humor doesn't hurt
