If you have an idea that you believe would help somebody, we want to hear about it. We're looking for ideas that help as many people as possible, in any way, and we're committing the funding to launch them. You can submit your ideas and help vote on ideas from others. Final idea selections will be made by an advisory board."
Google will donate a $10 million sponsorship to the top 5 ideas.

This is the second year McAfee has done the report, and Paris Hilton went from being the most dangerous celebrity search last year to falling off the list completely this year, while Britney Spears, who was fourth last year, also disappeared from the rankings.

reports, February 13PicLens, ha salido a la luz pública y será la gran noticia entre los amantes del mundo de la imagen en los próximos días. PicLens es una aplicación que descargas del sitio oficial y te permite ver las imágenes de páginas web como deviantART, Google, Yahoo, Flickr entre otros, de una forma INCREIBLE.
Podrás navegar a través de las imágenes de dichas webs como si estuvieras caminando junto a un gran muro de imágenes, te podrás mover en un ambiente 3D que te permite de forma fácil y atractiva acceder a todas las imágenes del deviantART entre otras webs.
El equipo editor de *noticias hoy 13 de Febrero ha probado dicha aplicación en dos computadores: uno con SO Windows XP a 512RAM y el otro en un laptop con SO Vista con 1GB RAM.
Los resultados? Teniendo una conexión real de 410 Kbps, en ambas plataformas el PicLens demostró ser no solo atractivo sino muy estable, además que fue evidente el aumento de la velocidad con la cual accesabamos a todas las imágenes de webs como Google, Flickr, yahoo y por supuesto con las imágenes de deviantART.com
El Video: ... Tratar de explicar lo increíble que resultó esta aplicación con palabras o con impresiones de pantalla sería infructuoso, por eso el equipo editor de *noticias grabó un sencillo video de PicLens funcionando en FireFox en Windows VISTA.
Podrás ver como navegamos a través de las imágenes de las webs de *noticias, la galería de `edwheeler, la web google e inclusive en la grabación de este video, `edwheeler descubrió una web de Flickr que exhibía sin permiso uno de sus FanArts.
El video dura tres minutos y es algo pesado, por lo que recomendamos que cargue primero antes de verlo.
