Alright, here we go.

For those of you who do not know, I am a good friend of Sherece's [DanceswithHorses] and she knew that I was a 3D design and animation student. She encouraged me to work as hard as I could and start my own studio. Even though my grief is great, I want her wish to come true. Here is my proposal, which is already in motion even though I am not even in college yet. I want to make a movie and dedicate it to Sherece and her legacy of great art, and great kindness. I knew her well, and hope she can see if from heaven. I've already run it by her husband and got the okay from it.

Here's my incomplete draft for the movie I wanted to do. I could just send it off to a Hollywood director, my mother knows someone whose related to one... but I'd be scared they would change this story up so much to make it more actiony.. When it’s supposed to be an inspirational story. Sorry its it reads like a storyboard, I wrote it that way to help with the actually storyboarding.

I wanted to title it Dances with Horses since that was her username, but I've come to find there was a 1990 movie called Dances with Wolves. We might have to change it so not to get into any legal issues with the producers of that movie.

It centers around a girl [Whom I still don't have a name for entirely, Carrie Morgan is choice #1] who’s living in the northern United States [I chose the states just because it would probably do over better if I can do this as a big budget production once I have my own studio in many years] though which state as of yet I don't know. I wanted it to be something everyone can relate to.

The movie starts out with her, living at her home around late summer. She trains and raises horses, and rides horses for sport. But, during one of the shows her house becomes frightened when a dog runs out onto the field and starts barking at it. The horse rears up and Carrie is thrown off, hurting her back severely. This isn't a very long part of the movie, but it is important.

This is where the movie skips ahead, to when she's an adult. She's healed from her injuries but had never found the courage to return to horsing. I haven't decided yet what her profession will be, but her father passes away and the old family home is left to her. A few weeks after she moves back she begins to hear noises as if there were still a horse in the pasture though she knows there is none. One night she's working in her living room when she hears the sounds again and wants to get to the bottom of these weird sounds. When she gets out there she sees something she didn't expect.

A horse stands there, with mane and tail glowing red like fire. I'd wanted to use Flametouched, but like I said if that would be too much for you I can make a some other kind of horse. In the next scene she finds herself asleep in the living room. Thinking it was all a dream, she goes into the small town not far from where she lives to get some groceries. While she's there she runs into an old Native American Medicine Man and he tells her about a spirit animal that is said to roam the land her family's home was built on. She remembered the horse she'd seen the night before and asks if it might be the same horse. He goes on to explain that someone would only see this horse with a flaming mane and tail if they themselves had a fire inside of them, but for some reason were smothering it.

She doesn't see the horse again for another week, but after dinner one night she hears the naying and comes out to find the horse again. She remembers the Medicine Mans words about the fire and yells that she isn't smothering anything. The horse doesn't move any, just stands there staring at her before running off. Over the next week she sees the Horse everywhere, even in the daytime... though she seems to be the only one who sees it. Finally, she just sees the horse in the horse pen her father used to keep all his horses in when she was little. A friend from the city comes to see how she is doing. He finds her standing outside looking into the pen and asks her what's wrong. "The horse, don't you see it?" she asked, astounded. Confused, he replies, "Horse? There's no horse there."

The next time she sees the horse she wants to know if it’s even real. Up to this point she just looked at it, but never went near it. She worked up the strength and walked down to the pen and hopped over the fence. She walks slowly towards the horse and doesn’t think she’ll be able to touch it, but finds her hand resting on soft, warm fur.

At first Carrie only strokes Flametouched as she learns more from the Medicine Man in town about this creature. He tells her that Flametouched is the spark everyone has, only that some people really need help to become great. He tells her that it takes the shape of any animal, depending on the person. Carrie thinks it appears as a horse to her because she’d never gotten back on one, though she loved them so much as a child.

Gradually over the ensuing weeks she brushes Flametouched, and walks with her in the pastures but never dares to try and get on her. But the words of the Medicine Man, still fresh in her mind make her think that she won’t leave until Carrie finds that fire inside her once more. So, that day as Carrie brushes Flametouched, she asked what she has to do. Flametouched lies down on the ground and hesitantly Carrie climbs onto her back. Flametouched stands slowly. Carrie is nervous because it has been so long since she has been on a horse and is fearful of falling off. But Flametouched only walks around slowly until Carrie is comfortable. Immediately people notice in her a change, she is no longer as nervous or stressed as she was before.

All-in-all she learns to ride again with Flametouched and a part of her soul returns to her, her love for the horse.

My challenge to you is I don't know how I want these characters [besides Flametouched, she already has a design] to look. Now, I don't want everyone to do Carrie Morgan that would be a nightmare... and you don't have to do this if you don't want. You could help refine the script any since it is very rough [I'm not so much a writer].

3. Mother Morgan [She's not so important, so I don't even have a first name XD, you guys can do that]
4. Friend [Still, no name, suggestions w/image plz]
5. Old Medicine Man [And any suggestions for tribes, I don't know northern Native American tribes]

Or, like a said anything you think would go good in the script [I can't promise I'd add it, but I'll listen to your say].
