DeviantArt is a great example of a community where you get what you put in. Unless you're some kind of prodigy, the best way to get people to look at your work is to go to theirs, leaving comments and feedback. That's not really a secret. But what happens when you give and give, and get little in return? So say the least, it's frustrating and not very encouraging. To help artists find a little more balance, I've started a project.

Project Reciprocation is a comment for comment kind of deal. As a member of Project Reciprocation, it is understood that you have agreed to set aside some time to do for others what they have done for you. When someone in the project leaves a comment on your work, you agree to leave a comment on their stuff. By the same token, when you leave a comment on the work of another project member, you are guaranteed a comment on one of your works.
