WWW: Scotland secures Modern Art Collection

A major collection of modern art featuring works by Gilbert and George, Andy Warhol, Jeff Koons and Damien Hirst, valued at £125m has been secured for the nation for just £26.5m.

They got a pretty good price for it, but no amount is too much for great art. :D

Yay! I'll keep an eye on that - amazing artists list.

If it's the National Gallery that'll be Edinburgh.

I'll def make the trip next time I go home to Scotland (when they have the collection that is).
