nvm, just read it (didn't realize the title is a link at first, silly me ) anyway, yes, sounds like a reason enough to pull the stuff out of facebook...
I really don't know if facebook has any malicious intent. They could just be trying to protect themselves in case they publish a screen capture and it has someone's picture in it.
But under every picture on facebook, there is a "buy prints" button. If someone "buys" your print, i'm pretty sure you won't even get a notice that it was "sold." That's just sneaky and wrong.
This same sort of thing happened when MySpace first started getting big. I've avoided posting any of my works on those sites like the plague, as I've always been worried about people ripping me off in some way, shape or form.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More

(I do post some of my stuff in my gallery there, so you got me worried)
There is however a dA applet through which you can link your dA stuff, in which case I *presume* rights are determined by dA policy?
