After a week of voting, our contest to give away two 1 Year Subscriptions has come to its conclusion. We've had our laughs, we've shed our tears (mainly from waiting so long), and the time is now upon us for the event to come to its close.

Before we announce the winners, we'd like to take the time to thank everyone who participated. Without the support from you guys, the community, we wouldn't have had nearly as much success running this. A special thanks goes out to $lolly for donating the two subscriptions. Lolly is a class act, and he really deserves some appreciation for the hard work he does for DeviantArt. If you have the time, drop him a comment on his page.

With that out of the way, it's time to announce our winners of 1 Year subscriptions. We started with fifty-eight deviants nominated. After six rounds of voting, the finalists had been determined. Now, a week later, the champions have been crowned.

With 333 votes, ~Guardian-of-Heroes receives the first subscription.

Following close behind, with 302 votes, ~Yanareb will be receiving the second of our subscriptions.



Our “Travel with Plushy” contest has been extended! The contest will now end on Wednesday, March 5th, at 11:59 PST.

So far, we have had a total of zero entries in this awesome contest. The cute Fella plushy needs a good home, and we know you guys love to take pictures. So get out there, take some cute pictures, and wow us with where you take YOUR plushy.

If you missed the rules the first time around, don't fret. It's simple.

• Take a picture of a Plushy somewhere. We're looking for originality, humor, and creativity.
  
• Any plushy you own can be used
  
• Any location you can find can be used
  
• It must be a new photo
  
• The photo can be in your Scraps OR gallery

Once you've uploaded the photo, just send a note to *deviantSPOTLIGHT by Wednesday night with a link to the photo.


Now that our featured contest has concluded, nominations for our next prize giveaway will be opening back up. This time, we'll be taking two 3 month subscriptions from our vault and giving them away. Want to participate? Just send us a note with the name of one deviant you'd like to nominate, along with a brief reason why you're nominating this person, and we'll take care of the rest. Simple!
