Anime Postcards from Around the World

We Deviants come from all corners of the world, and today, Anime has spread just as far. The idea behind this contest is to make a postcard or travel poster-style piece from various parts of the globe, using original Anime style characters and art! Show characters enjoying the local customs, dress, tourist attractions, food, whatever!

Rules:
- Original characters and art only. Your piece should be uploaded just for this contest into the proper gallery.
- You don't have to necessarily be from the area you want to do a piece for (i.e, you're from Canada, but you'd like to do a poster for Italy). But you should still properly represent the place you are drawing.
- Not everyone is familiar with all local customs, so it would be a good idea to describe what your characters are doing/eating/wearing, etc., in the description of your piece.
- Any media is accepted!
- You can submit up to two pieces, but can only win for one. Please only choose one country/area per piece.
- Pieces will not be judged on technique and skill alone, but creativity and representation of countries, customs, etc.

The contest will run from Saturday, March 1 to Monday, March 31 (11:59 PST).
