Project Educate Is Here!!

Before I go on with the exciting promotions I have some very important news to share with you.

Project Educate is the brainchild of an amazingly talented, passionate and freakishly intelligent deviant named `MistressWit
She created such a great plan, that 6 months later someone could use the plans that she out laid and offer it to you. Life away from dA got busy for `MistressWit and we haven't heard much from her, but we miss her dearly and we thank her for this program and hope we do her honor with it.

She put many hours and hard work into this and is making me look like a superwoman.. ohh but I am not! We have many volunteers working Project Educate and I will be highlighting and featuring all of them.

The first will be ^estudio He has worked endlessly and beyond exhaustion. He has been very busy and yet on his journey to Borneo he calls me to make sure we are settled. I have never worked with such an amazing partner, dedicated, intelligent, creative and full of heart and soul. He made our map interactive so that we can have a bit more fun! He has helped in too many ways to list here! Check his gallery out and give him some good dA love! Thank you.

Then our Weekly Segments will begin! Starting March 3rd! The Literature Gallery will be loading you up with information, interaction and other fun things!

Each Week we will have a Gallery represent itself for the complete week, educating, entertaining and chatting with you in their chatrooms! We will start it off with a weekly newsletter put out by me. This will include a feature called EDUCATE, some DYKs and some ABCs. We hope to be adding some tutorials to the package!

This will be going on until August! That way we get to each gallery and cover as much as we can.

Spring Break is during this time and we will be hosting a party then too, as part of Project Educate. It is called Spring Fest, where we will have games, an Egg Hunt, and more fun stuff!

I hope you join us for all of this. We have worked real hard to bring it to you, because Community Matters!
What do we want from you in return?? Your ART!!! Woohoo! We need your help in promoting every little thing. Stamps are coming! We need you to news articles and let your clubs and friends know.


Community Projects Meets The Community!
I would like to get a list of wonderful clubs that are hard working and helpful for deviantART.
I know the staff works very hard and I have spent the past few months making sure the community has come to know the AR team better and learn a little about how things work (like reporting miscats etc.)

I would like to spend the next few months getting to know the Community! The clubs, the efforts the movers and shakers. I will be featuring chats and showcasing clubs and making this all part of Project Educate. I hope you will help me, because I need it! Have your best clubs contact me or send me their names and I will contact them. Thank you very much.


EDIT: I released this info a few days ago and I have been getting so many incredible suggestions. I will be listing them in my journal in a few days!! Thank you!! Keep them coming. I will start meeting with these clubs and chat rooms next week! We will check them off one by one and interview, feature and promote the best that YOU offer!
