I don't really know if all of these portraits were made by the ladies themselves, except for a few that clearly stated it in the photo description. Many times, people put photos of themselves taken by someone else in this category, while the in that category it is important who took the photo, and not who's in the picture. Nonetheless, I feel that photos describe well how ladies see themselves, and deserve the feature. It should also make us all think how we feel about ourselves, and clearly shows some cultural differences and prejudices too, some that were overcame. Some of those deviations are in other categories, some not only photos, and wish I could have found some trad art pieces that are self portraits, but don't know how to find them, but believe ^sbaraci could
