More judges will be added as the month goes on. I wanted to post this ASAP and I'm still wrangling judges for it. There will be 10+ by the time I'm done.

Rules and Notes:

Rules:

1) Medias allowed: Any genre of art as long as it’s conceptual

2) 1 entry per deviant!

3) Entries can be old or new. The ONLY stipulation is that they must be yours and they must be conceptual.

4) Any pornography or hateful images will be removed from the competition.


Judging criteria:
All images will be judged for emotional content and impact first. Technical aspects will be incorporated into the judging process but not as heavily weighted as the feeling generated by the image.


How the judging will work:

Each judge will pick 3 pieces that they think exemplify conceptual art. Each of the 3 picks will be from a different genre (I.E. 1 photograph, 1 manipulation, 1 traditional). No judge will pick 3 from their own area of expertise.

Once these are put into the pool the judges will give them a numerical rating from 1-5. The points will be tallied and the winners will be realized. If there are ties the rating process will continue until we are left with 5 clear-cut winners.

To enter the contest you must submit your entry into the following category: (if you want to use an image already in your gallery just edit it's category)

Make sure you enter to 'Create a Feeling 3' and not the original 'Create a Feeling' or ‘Create a Feeling 2’ contest that is still available in the menu!!!

We would also appreciate a link to the contest in the image description so people can check out what’s going on.

Selection and Payment dates:
Judging will start April 1st and the winners will be announced April 7th.
Payments will be made as soon as payment information is obtained from the winners.

Paypal is the only form of payment I’ll be using for this contest.

In the past contests mailing money orders was real problematic. The Create a Feeling 2 contest winners all had paypal and were paid within 48 hours of the winner announcement.
