reports, March 4Our beloved Dungeon Master has failed his last Saving Throw. E. Gary Gygax, the infamous co-creator of the legendary fantasy RPG Dungeons & Dragons, has passed on after an extended illness.
Apparently this was first reported on the Troll Lord games site this morning by a close friend. Link: [link]
Funeral arrangements are pending. Besides his wife, E.G.G. is survived by six children.
If you are anything like me, then AD&D was a big part of your formative teenage years. Nothing ended a battle quicker than a handful of 4-sided dice into the DM's face.
