Director of Artist RelationsHello!
The purpose of Artist Relations is to strengthen the community spirit as well as network with fellow artists so that we may bring outside opportunities to you, and help you to hone your skills. The Gallery Directors are the first people you should go to regarding your galleries. They are the people you need to make gallery suggestions to, and ask questions about your specific genre, or seek knowledge from. They also act as your lifeline to the administration. They are here to support and listen, and I can tell you we've got incredibly talented, devoted and passionate people on this team, so get to know them!

*salshep posted a very important and informative journal here Poetry and Photo Scams relating to various competition scams that you may find yourself approached by on the internet. Please read the journal as it points out very common ones like poetry,.com and picture.com however, there are obviously others that don't just related to photography and literature. If you are concerned about an offering that seems too good to be true or that asks you to part with money to participate and you're not sure if it's legit PLEASE send a note to one of the Gallery Directors or myself and we'll help you determine if it's legitimate or a scam. We want to protect and look out for each other so use us! Thank you to *salshep for taking the initiative and posting this information in a very well written journal 
There was a film bug that came out of nowhere and hijacked the ability to upload anything over 30MB. This error has been fixed and you're now able to upload up to 200MB or 20 minutes again 
We have kicked off International Women's Week! join us in the festivities !! Project Educate is in full swing with the relaunch of our AR Mantra and the official kick-off of Literature Week New deviantWEAR is AVAILABLE!! In the world of 3D stocks [ most of it unknown to the photomanipulators ] you can find truly inspiring fantasy and surreal elements that could never be captured by a regular camera. And the best part is that most of them come in a transparent background, so we can simply click and drag onto our work. How fun, fast and easy is that? |
