For those not familiar, it's a sci-fi television series about "the Doctor", a time-traveling alien who, with the help of his Companions, travels the universe getting in - and eventually out of - trouble. A giant in British pop culture for over 40 years, and a cult hit around the world thanks to cable and syndication, Doctor Who has inspired countless fanmade homages . . . like these!
