It has been so a long time since the last Vietnamese magazine for comics was postponed being published with the regret of billions of readers, all of them retired to practise more and more together with the hope that they will reappear one day. But the long-draw-out disapperance of Vietnamese Comics seems to make us feel the void, even discouragement. So, in order to follow the spirit of the Indepandence Day of Socialist Republic of Vietnam 2/9, commemorate the 1st Birthday of VNComicFarm - a community reserved only for Vietnamese Comics, simultaneously to congratulate the Collection of Vietnam's Arts ([link]) is ranked among the top collections of DA several days, to stir the air of Vietnamese Comics' friends up, DeviantArt Vietnamese Community and VNComicFarm co-ordinate to hold:

Hey guys! I’m a member of
and For our Ouran High School Host Club fans, We are having a jumpstart club event! Spring is out and what comes with spring here in the Host Club?
That's right: CHERRY BLOSSOMS!
In honor of the annual cherry blossom festivals that are taking place all over Japan, we are hosting a double fanfiction and artwork Cherry Blossom Contest! So get those pens, and keyboards ready to go!
CONTEST SUBMISSIONS ENDS APRIL 26TH!
ALL SUBMISSIONS CAN BE MADE AT OUR CLUB HERE:
Rules:
1) We are having two divisions, both a fanfiction and a artwork division!
2) YOU MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE CLUB TO JOIN! But all you gotta do is hit that ~watch button over on the right hand side of our profile and then you are eligible to join!
3) You are only allowed ONE SUBMISSION PER DIVISION! But you are allowed to submit to both divisions!
4) The Fanfiction Division is going to build off a prompt from the Club's Resident Writer: =MissRedRose and the prompt is currently up right now on our gallery!
5) Original Characters are allowed in the Fanfiction Division, so long as it is done in a tasteful style and with the Host Club in mind!
6) The Artwork Division is allowed to use any media they wish to create their piece of work! We ask however, that you guys do ORIGINAL WORK instead of stealing screenshots. We like original works just like the next artist!
7) To Submit, Just add it to your gallery, and then note us leaving a link to the piece. When we get enough pieces, we will start showcasing the entries in our gallery.
8) Last but not least, keep it family friendly. No Yaoi/Yuri please, and if there is sexual content in your works, please let us know in your note submission. Thanks!

Grand Prize Winner From Both Divisions: 1 year Subscription to DA/Journal Feature in The Host Club and be a part of the News Feature Which Will Be Sponsored by =MissRedRose
