Philip Jones Griffiths, described as a crusading photojournalist, passed away at his London home yesterday morning aged 72. He had suffered from cancer.

Magnum photographer is best known for his iconic images from Vietnam. Born in Rhyl, Wales, Jones Griffiths started his career whilst working in a London pharmacy.
His unique take on the world, capturing human consequences in all it's forms, has been credited as one of the key factors that turned the public against the war in Vietnam.
