Welcome to the third issue of New Fractalists of the Month!

The Female New Fractalist of the Month: *GypsyH

Introducing our female New Fractalist of March, *GypsyH! She comes from Kentucky, USA and has recently discovered the art of fractals.

When asked during a recent interview when she discovered fractals, she answered: “My son had Apophysis on his computer when I went to visit in December and I was amazed and have always downloaded fractals as wallpapers and would say to myself, 'Oh gosh! I wish I could do that kind of art.”

I also asked her who she admired in the community and she said: “Oh gosh, there are so many out there. To name a couple, I like *mistywisp, ~Rozz, *CabinTom, and ^Sophquest. I could go on forever.”

The final question I asked her was: “Fave, comment, or both. Which do you prefer?” She replied: “Both preferred. Makes me feel like I am noticed and someone likes my art and makes me want to move on and become better.”

The Male New Fractalist of the Month: ~fractalxavier91

Our male New Fractalist of March is ~fractalxavier91! He was interviewed on the 18th of March; here are some excerpts from his interview:

=Rhienel: "When did you discover fractals?"
~fractalxavier91: "Oh, it's hard to remember when I first actually found out about fractals. If you mean when did I come across the rendering program I use, I think it was early this month, or late last month.”
=Rhienel: "Whose work do you admire?"
~fractalxavier91: "Anyone's work who is better than mine. It drives me to work towards their skill level."
=Rhienel: "Do you have a particular style, or no?"
~fractalxavier91: "I'm partial to Julia3Dz and Julian."
=Rhienel: "If you could change the world, be it the fractal world, or the real world (you pick) what would you do, and how would you do it?"
~fractalxavier91: “I'd say something noble like I'd end world hunger or I'd end poverty, but I just don't see the means to do that existing in the world at the moment. And those kinds of things are over-used as it is. Hmm... I'm not really sure what I would do or how I would do it."
