You can think of anything you want, just make sure you still respect the theme. You can choose to illustrate dreams, nightmares or even both of them. Anything you want! Try not to be macabre if you are picturing nightmares. Respect the rules, have fun and most important, follow your heart!
This is the third part of my "Best Of The Best" features! These features consist of my absolute favorite photography that i've collected since i've been a member of DeviantArt.
This feature's focus is on VERTICAL photography, give them some love!
Like most everything else, there's the long way, and then there's the short, easy way. If you're smart, you listen to me.
Here are the top ten short, easy ways to be a photographer. Pencils ready, ladies.
1. Nikon VS Canon.
Pick a side. With Canon, You Can. With Nikon, You Can And You WILL. It's a war, people.
2. Express yourself.
Insert the sentence "I'm a photographer myself" in your conversations every chance you get. There's no point if nobody else knows it but you.
3. Network, network, network.
Make fast friends with photographers. Join an organization. Hopefully, their photography jargon will rub off on you.
4. Show it off.
Use the jargon you learned on non-photographers. Speak photographese to them . Deliberately make comments they won't understand, like "Well, this is an excellent picture, but it lacks composition. Also, the exposure level could've been adjusted to highlight the foreground, you know what I mean?" Then quickly walk away.
5. Don't say picture, say photograph.
They are two very different things.
6. Philosophize.
Take random photos of ordinary things and elaborate on their profundity. For example, take a photo of the edge of a table, and title it "The Edge of Reason".
7. Accessorize!
Buy equipment you don't know how to use. Buy books on photography and don't read them. But make sure to display them.
8. The joke is on you.
Tell jokes that end with, "... it's the white balance that's the problem, not your eyesight! Hahaha! Get it? White balance! Hahaha!" Smack the person for effect.
9. Cuss like a photographer.
Train yourself to drip with ISO sarcasm. Condemn your enemies to the hellfires of camera-settings ignorance.
10. Give advice.
It's time to give back to society. Help other aspiring photographers. Write an article. Lead a workshop. Open a Photographers Anonymous forum. Extol on the virtues of the Nikon.
check the program menu on the cam on a 10mp camera i'd hope there would a selection for iso , i got a kodak 6.1mp(ish) and i got iso from 100 thru to 1250
and that was a really simplified excerpt it does take a lot more to be a photographer planning/scheduling, financing , skill and or talent ,
but the points were right , networking is always key ,.. which reminds me i should create a business card for myself... (Starts thinking in head...) and walking away thinking to self...
i spose this is a spoof post , for insincere , this is a good plot points for the "poser" photographer the one that exploits it
for a real photographer theres a lot more involved , firstly i highly recommend photography 101 at your local college or any nearby area they teach it. .. 2ndly like what people say to writer's - write what you know - photo what you know , people places , events friends family ect.
when doing photoshoots its beyond belief what happens you must plan ahead - buy film and batteries (manual and digital cams) check the weather especially for where you plan to photo at .. figure out lighting and more
dont be a pompous gas bag when being a photographer construction workers, customer service reps and other what nots aren't pompous.. soo why should we?
i grant there are certain standards in the industry however brand isnt the matter its quality and functionality for the type of photography you intend to do or achieve Nikon, Canon, Polaroid, Kodak i think are the top 4 olympus isnt by far the worst at least it is a brand name camera if you're ever unsure go to zdnet.com for good hardware reviews..

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
