Volume SIX of a collection of square-format artwork, featured by colours that compliment each other.

DOF and bokeh are used for selective focusing, in order to emphasize the main object. This is especially useful for portraits, conveying a dreamy, melancholic atmosphere and as an artistic expression. The easiest way to achieve small DOF is to take the picture from a small distance and with a greater aperture. dA is abundant with beautiful examples with this effect.
