Furrymania è stato per due anni solo un forum ma adesso è un sito vero e proprio ed è già segnalato in molti blog, come quello di AF News [link] [link] e il Blog di Carlo Peroni, Perogatt; noto e storico fumettista italiano [link] [link] . Per furrymania sono state create tre mascotte da noi utenti : la prima è di : Battista, la lontra archivista [link] , la seconda è l'upupa Greta di [link] , e la terza...hehe... è il cinghiale Furio creato da me ^_^ [link] ! Le mascotte sono state scelte con un sondaggio dai membri del forum, sono stati proposti animali Italiani che fossero più originali possibili. Chiunque si iscrive al forum può contribuire a riempirlo con notizie e segnalazioni su film, fumetti, cartoni animati, videogames ... e poterete anche uplodare disegni vostri o scelti dal web per segnalare gli artisti che più vi piacciono, tutto questo e altro su furrymania.it!!

For two years Furrymania has only been a forum, but now it's a true site and has already been pointed out in many blogs, like the one of AF news [link] [link] and the one of Carlo Peroni, a.k.a. Perogatt, notorious and historical italian comic maker [link] [link] . For Furrymania we, the users, have created three mascots: the first, made by , is Battista, the archivist otter [link] , the second is Greta the hoopoe by [link] , and the third is Furio the boar, created by me ^_^ [link] ! The mascots have been chosen with a poll by the members of the forum, in which were proposed Italian animals as original as possible. Anyone joining the forum can contribute to filling it with news and notifications about movies, comics, cartoons, videogames... and you'll also be able to upload art, both yours and chosen from the web to point out the artists you like the most; this and more on Furrymania.it!

Well, no, it is not more popular here than anywhere else, but there are several important differences..We have two online communities one about "lifestyle&socialization" emphasizing on the "subculture" facet of the fandom, the other about art, comics, games, animation and everything else regarding "furry". The latter, is "furrymania".
If you want to know more about us, please, feel free to check out the portal. Many users know english quite well, so you'll be able to pleasantly converse with nearly anybody about our differences and the similarities.
