Maybe the answer that helps somebody is in your head, in something you've observed, some notion that you've been fiddling with, some small connection you've noticed, some old thing you have seen with new eyes.
If you have an idea that you believe would help somebody, we want to hear about it. We're looking for ideas that help as many people as possible, in any way, and we're committing the funding to launch them. You can submit your ideas and help vote on ideas from others. Final idea selections will be made by an advisory board."
Google will donate a $10 million sponsorship to the top 5 ideas.

This is the second year McAfee has done the report, and Paris Hilton went from being the most dangerous celebrity search last year to falling off the list completely this year, while Britney Spears, who was fourth last year, also disappeared from the rankings.

reports, April 4So, you've just got a subscription to deviantART, it's all cool, you can customise your front page and you can even become a Beta tester. But, there is one thing that many newly subscribed deviants want most, yes, a pimped out Journal. Something to make visitors want to stay and look around a bit longer, something you know will make people feel happy and all together more fuzzy for the day.
Except theres a drawback, Journals a coded with CSS....and what's CSS when it's at home? I have no idea. It's just that complicated looking bunch of script that we fear.
FEAR NOT!!!
For this is my selection of some of the best Journal CSS Tutorials, right here on deviantART.
All of the above are obviously on site, However, there are places off site that can help to.

[link] - Great for beginners and Experienced coders.
[link] - Very informative.
So thats it, i expect to see some excellent Journals from you guys, while i'm working on my own.

My main purpose in doing a monthly feature about (to my point of view) 'the best visual art' is to put in the same level as well wellknown artists and popular creations as unknown artists and under-exposed creations. Artists need to be supported. So don't be shy! Visit their pages, support them by faving, commenting, and when you see a deviation that you like also view their gallery entirely, like that you can decide if you will devwatch them or not.
