In 2007, Guillermo Vargas Habacuc, a so-called 'artist', picked up one lost dog on street, attached it with a little rope on a wall in an art gallery, and let it starving to death.

For days, the author of this cruel act as well as the visitors watched, emotionless, the agony of this poor animal. It died, after a painful, meaningless calvary.

But it's unfortunately not the end yet: the prestigious 'Bienale Centroamericana de Arte' decided, for obscure reasons, that this barbarism was... art! They invited Guillermo Vargas Habacuc to present again his "happening" for the next 2008 edition of the Bienale.

En 2007, Guillermo Vargas Habacuc, un soi-disant 'artiste', a ramassé un chien abandonné dans la rue, l'a attaché à une corde très courte au mur
d'une galerie d'art et l'a laissé mourir là de faim et de soif.
Pendant des jours, l'auteur de cet acte cruel, mais aussi les visiteurs de la galerie ont assisté, impassibles, à l'agonie du pauvre animal. Il a fini par mourir d'inanition, après un douloureux, absurde et incompréhensible calvaire.

Mais ce n'est pas tout: la prestigieuse 'Bienale Centroamericana de Arte' a décidé, pour des raisons obscures, que cette sauvagerie serait... une oeuvre d'art! Et pour cela, Guillermo Vargas Habacuc a été invité à réitérer son acte innommable pendant l'édition 2008 de la Biennale!!!
