There is always something new to see, to hear, to know. We can survive not
knowing many things. But once your eyes have been opened, its really hard
to let some things go and we become addicts. However, not all addictions are
bad! For example, I have become addicted to DA ^^ and the artists - and to
the art. Here I've met many wonderful and talented people - people who
inspire me and amaze me - human beings with incredible skills. Have no idea
what I'm talking about? Have you seen some of these artists photographs?
Tell me if their names seem familiar to you:
WB Skinner, Lara Jade, NinazDesign, Zemotion, Mehmeturgut, etc They have become so popular because they're great, aren't they? But in DA we
ve got many incredible but unknown artists, too! What I am trying to do is
give more exposure to the these deserving artists. I promise, you're going
to love them and want to watch them because their art is addictive and
amazing. Please show them some support! They are wonderful people!
In this volume I have the pleasure to show you many photography features -
macro photography features to be exact. I love drops and flowers! I hope
you will come to love them as much as I do because this is what this volume
is all about! ^^
I'm also very happy to have had the incredible opportunity to interview Nina
J (ninazdesign). Her photographs are just amazing and full with beauty. She
is great at what she does and here she is featured for you! Aren't you
excited??
And I also would like to introduce dini25, phykia and AL-P90s art.

How did you got started in photography?Short biography on my Photography/career/development:
My history is parallel with allot of people I guess.
Since I was a little child I have always been something by my self.
I have always been very emotional, honest, angry, stubborn and kind.
As a child I loved all these small things, the things you can put in a box with many rooms to have on the wall and white round soft stones.
I always redecorated my room, I needed constant changes it was like the room was me and I had to go to find new means in my life.
I was very good in school; I have always loved to learn new things.
I have diploma in Graphic Design, Web design, drawing, form and colors.
My father was an incredible designer so it must run in the family.
How I started with photography is a result of my inner growth.
I got very ill with panic anxiety when I was 22 years old a couple of years after my first born came to this world. In this period allot of my creativity were out of the question!
Until 4 and a half years ago when I got my little daughter;
Something happened with me; I got other things to think about.
January 2005, it started a new process inside me; I got addicted to take pictures.
It was like an ache abscess inside me who pushed so hard. I had to go out of bed in the middle of the night to work; this experience was so deeply strong.
It felt like the way out of anxiety attracts was there and my dream about create something that was mine was finally there.
All I do in photography is self learned. Macro and water is my favorite subject.
Actually I have a big dream about getting famous one day, lol
I love all that has to do with Art, it's my life!
My eyes see art in everything.
I have to do something about it,
Make the things I see beautiful become real for other to join.
The smallest, most common things are actually more beautiful then you ever knew.
What do you draw more inspiration from Real life/people or Media [ex: Movies, music, shows ect.]?Real life and people and my own creativity
What do you rely on, theory of beauty or perception? It is both actually but a little more theory of beauty
Why are flowers the central subject of your work?Because they are colorful, I love colors, because they are small, I love macro, because it easy to add water droplets on them and it makes perfect reflections imo.
And what is the meaning of the dew? is it only for the visual value or has some in depth meaning hidden to the viewer? It has a deeper meaning to me, water stands for feelings, did you know that? And I am a very emotional person. Beside that the ocean and water makes me breath better, I love the ocean, but since I can not have the ocean around me and I love these small things, macro and water is perfect for me
What kind of influences you have from other artists?I do get inspired by other artists, and some times I am just not inspired to get any ideas of what to make . Then sometimes I ask the artist if I can try to make my own picture and credit the artist I did get the idea from, but it is only if I like the concept so deeply much that i want to make my own version of it, it never looks the same. Mostly I prefer to use my brain and make my own style, thats when I feel more alive and happy ... many artists also get inspired by my work so i suppose we all do get inspired from times to times.
Do you think watermarks are really necesary these days? What do you think about rippers?Yes watermarks is sadly necessary these day, since i found a lot of my work stolen, sold on the net, with a big water mark and a low resolution on my pictures it is harder to sell these for the rippers. I hate rippers because it stands under all my pictures that it is copyrighted, people stealing art is so lame and it really is painful for me when people do this. Its my work and I hate that people steal it and not credit me as the artist for it.
Any last words of advice you'd like to share with novice photographers?Be creative and have fun, use a lot of colors and play around, like I love a lot of things in photography and I wanna learn even more, I have to experience with people, nature and conceptual art as well. I do a lot of different photography, because I am so curious, so testing and failing is the way to go if you wanna get better and better.
Love from Nina
