Unfortunately, that won't work either as this fucking bill allows more freedom to use even watermarked works and the only way to protect your work is to register your works under any companies but the company you register under reserves the rights to use your works even without your consent. So it means you just have NO MORE RIGHTS over your works anymore even with watermarks.

Right, but should this happen, the watermark will deter anyone from swiping my work and using it for themselves. If I was a company, and I was looking for art to use for my own personal gain, I wouldn't want stuff that has a watermark through it. It would look tacky. This way, even if I technically have no more rights to my own work I create, I can still claim it as mine because it would be the only copy in the world, and It would have a watermark; impossible to remove, marring the piece of work and keeping people from stealing it for their own gain. I would be the only one who would have the version that could be without a watermark, so if there was any dispute about a piece of work and whether I own it, I would say "find me this same piece of work without the watermark. If you can't and yet somehow I have a copy without it, then clearly, I created it, and it is mine".
