The theory is that New Age music is good music: good for mind, body, and soul. Researchers report that individuals who listen regularly to music of the New Age genre are healthier, happier individuals. Most attribute this to the relaxing and stress-relieving properties of this type of music.
I was checking out YouTube videos when I discovered some really weird and wonderful animations that I wanted to share. It was my quest to view a new unexplained phenomena video that led me down the dark path of delicious discovery where I found Freakhouse and the videos they created with Daz Studio and Bryce!
I have gotten word that Metallica is making a new album. But the question is, is it gonna be rocking bad-ass, or just another album for us to complain about? Since their career in 1981, Metallica has delivered a new wave of metal..but since there latest album, "St. Anger", are they losing their bad-ass attitudes? As a long-time, die-hard metallica fan, I have to believe that if they put alot of effort into this next album, we should hear metallica we knew from Kill 'em all. What do you think? are they gonna rock, or just roll with their lives?
st. anger has been a sort of return at their earlier times attitudes I think...stuff like The black album sucks in my opinion, melodic stuff destroied them....I dont know what to think about this voices that you heard...probably they needs money.. or maybe they will gonna rock again...who knows? ps: I hope that you will understand what I mean...if you will not I'm sorry...but I'm italian !
I'm still a firm believer in Metallica's awesome rocking power, however, since "St. Anger" there has been a sinking feeling in the back of my head that worries that Metallica has lost it's edge. I just wish they would get pumped about their albums like they used to. Sure, they SAY they are, but the fact that they are having 5 year gaps in between albums shows me that they have some motivation issues. *Sigh* I thought we got past all their issues in "Some Kind Of Monster" lol. However, this band has kicked so much ass with ALL their albums from "Kill 'em All" to "S&M" (yes, that includes "LoaD" and "Re-Load", 90's Metallica haters...) that they are still a force to be reckoned with. Although St. Anger wasn't a lot of people's cup of tea, I respect the hell out of them for trying something different. And hey, there were still a few good songs on that album, in my opinion.
I can't deny that I'm a little worried about the future of this great band, but then again, since they're so great, I fell that we as Metallicats have NOTHING to worry about.
