April 28th starts the Anime gallery's turn at Project Educate. There will be special news articles and info for everyone to learn more about anime here on DeviantArt! We're also hosting this project for it as well.

Lots of anime artists on DA have their own original characters. This project will have you signed up with another person to draw each other's original characters, but with a twist. You must draw you PARTNER'S character dressed up as your own!

For example, say I got paired up with ^Damaged927. We chose our characters before we're paired up. I picked this character of mine, and he chose his character Hiromi. So, I'd have to Hiromi dressed like Doc G, and he'd have to draw Doc G dressed as Hiromi (poor Doc!). Sounds easy, huh?

Here's all you need to do:
Note ^azarath with the subject "Character Swap". Include in the note at LEAST one reference of one of your original characters. Try to include a few though, with a full body shot.
No fan characters allowed (i.e. your own Bleach shinigami). Just 100% original please!
Just draw your partner's character cosplaying as your own. A background is not necessary but at least try to make it full body and in color. Any medium is fine.
DO NOT JOIN IF YOU CANNOT GET YOUR DRAWING DONE IN TIME! Don't jerk free outwork out of your partner without giving anything in return. That is really unfair.
Sign ups will end on April 24th. I will hand out assignments the day after. Artwork is due by May 1st!
When you are done with your drawing, note it to ^azarath. On May 2nd or 3rd I will post a news article with everyone's work!
