Film Resources categories

Some of you might not even realize, but we have a "Film Resources" categories on deviantART. you can browse to it by going to Browse: Resources>Film resources. You will see there are a wide variety of categories in there. We have recently made some additions to these categories.

We added some programs to the software category for animators:

/resources/filmresources/software/
* ToonBoom
* XSI
* Other

and we added some animation categories to the film production section as well:

/resources/filmresources/filmproduction/
* 3D animation
* classical animation
* stop motion animation
* flash animation

Great! now what?

You can get in there are start filling up those categories! You can use screen recording programs to make and edit some tutorials! some notable ones are Camtasia Studio and Adobe captivate, and I am sure if you look around you can find some shareware programs that can do the trick as well.

Feel Free to send a note to the film team, showing us your Film Tutorials, and if we think they're awesome, we will collect them on the film HQ, ^deviantartfilm.

Please note, that the same rules to copyrighted music apply to the resources category, as well as the rest of deviantART, so please be mindful of credits, licensing and rights, on all art work you produce.

Also, keep watching the film gallery, its being restructured shortly. watch for falling films, and be dazzled with how awesome it will be, and how much easier it will be for our community to grow!
