- How would you define video art?
- For me, video art is kind of painting that gives you a great opportunity of playing with time, light, space and forms. It is really a great way to express your ideas because we are currently living a digital media age and sometimes a 2d medum is not rich enough to express and idea you have. And thus we have Video Art.

- Why were you first interested in this type of media?
- Actually I have been painting since I was a child. When I was a Freshman studying Art at the University,I tried to make my first video work. I chose that because I was making a lot of collage that year. I wanted to make a collage work using time. Was terrible the result

- Have you ever participated of an installation?
-Yes, several times and I have many video installation projects to come. On the other hand every artwork is a small piece of an installation because of the presentation style, like TV, Internet, Slide etc., could be part of an installation. An artist should think this. Imagine, you are a filmmaker and your film is shown at a concert hall instead of cinema. It will completely change the concept. And that affects your work and that's what Video Art and and Art Installation are.

- What other media you explore, besides film?

- I'm interested in mixed media painting, photography, asamblage, 3d imaging and many others and I always sketch my videos in the form of a storyboard before I start to make them.




- Who are your favorite artists?
- My favorite video artist are Bill Viola, Mathew Barney and Pipilotti Rist

- And your favorite genres?
- I'm not interested in a particular genre only, but I hate images or videos which were made just to show. I mean I hate art that is made without thought, that doesn't express an idea.

- What's your inspiration?
- War, cold, ice, viruses, ecology, technology, loneliness, modernity, religions, objects, media, obsessions, ways of seeing life, animals and love.

- Any projects for the future?
- I have exhibitions in near future and I am working on them right now.

- What is your opinion on deviantART Film, thus far?
- deviantART Film is a great idea because it is nothing like other web sites. No porn, no stupid home videos and you can connect to many professional and amateur video/film artist in world. It just have had a litte bit of category problems but it will be ok in future, I guess
