Stalin

~death-at-Rhein:icondeath-at-Rhein: reports, April 27
A very few know who Stalin was in real, how did he look like and where he was actually from. Just recently I was browsing deviantArt for Stalin's pictures. I found a lot of interesting images and drawings...

You can see Stalin here as a strong, tall, well-built man. I have not seen an image where Stalin would look thin, small or poor. But why?
Stalin had a magnificent gift to hypnotize people. By he's speech he could control the whole masses. That's why he became a great leader of a giant empire. Actually, Lenin begun to build this empire and Stalin finished, made it flourish and shine. If you think he was Russian and had served in military, if you think he was strong built, tall and handsome, think again. May be you are wrong.

Stalin was from Georgia. This country lies between Russia and Turkey and is not bigger then Switzerland. He was from provincial city Gori. The city no one ever paid attention. At the beginning he was studying in Secular Seminary. He had been preparing to be a Monk! He was imprisoned for some wrongdoings.
Stalin had written some verses as well. They are quite interesting as those verses are about his country, Georgia. He says, that he loves his country and wants to see it flourishing and strong one day.
After he was released from the prison he still had a chance to be a monk of course. But...

And what did he eventually become? A tyrant.
Just several years ago I remember watching a documentary movie about the second World War. There was an interview with a Russian man who talked about Stalin. That man was quite old, he had been in the war and survived. He was telling about those days. When the war finished the survived troops were returning back to their homelands.
After returning back to Russia it happened so that the man and several other soldiers met Stalin face to face.

He said:
"We were very happy as we were going to meet our great leader. He was coming to meet us, soldiers and honour with medals. I've always imagined Stalin as a strong and tall man. In my concepts he was a true hero and symbol of valour.
He came to me. And suddenly... Oh no. That was not the Stalin I used to know. That definitely was not Stalin in front of me!! A small short thin old men, wrinkled along his eyes, was standing in front of me!!!"

Actually Stalin was not much taller then Napoleon.

He was not even strong-built, neither young, nor fit. He was just a very powerful and influential. There are a lot of details left about Stalin I haven't talked about. They are too many to write here. And my article is not about Stalin biography at all. I just wanted to show, how people imagine Stalin and how he looked like in real.
He died. Everyone dies. He's empire collapsed. All empires collapse. And even after 50 years we remember him. Name rarely dies. We remember him as he wanted to be remembered: strong, tall, young, handsome and brave.
