POKEMON DIAMOND & PEARL WIFI TOURNAMENT

As the title says anyone who is willing to participate into a Wifi Tourney for Pokemon Diamond/Pearl please speak up even if you're unsure. We're looking to at least twelve people or more. Reserve your spot now!

So! Onto the specifics. Please give a good read and then make your judgment subsequent to that.

First of all the idea of having this tournament is so any real questions/concerns go to either him or myself or this article.

Second, the rules!

**** The Battles
- each battle will consist of 4 persons
- each person can have 6 pokemon however, NO legendaries (check the NO list for which ones are forbidden)
- your partner can either be chosen by you or we will decide for you
- each battle will be set at lvl 50
- each match will be decided by us
- combatants will advance by winning

**** Etiquette
- please respect the rules and the other participants
- good sportsmanship
- if there are any problems alert us first and we will do our best to solve the problem

**** The NO List
- NO "superpower" legendaries (ex: Mewtwo, Mew, Ho-oh, Lugia, Groudon, Kyogre, Latios, Latias, Deoxys, Jirachi, Rayquaza, Palkia, Dialga, Giratina, Heatran, Regigigas, Arceus.)
- NO switching pokemon in your party. As a contestant you will register six pokemon and you will only use those pokemon throughout this tournament.
- NO cheating. Be a good sport. If you lost the battle, you lost. If this tournament is successful you might have another chance to participate.


Third, prizes. Prizes are distributed to the pair who wins.

1st place
- a shiny supercharged pkmn of your choice with any hold item
- an art commision from me and a journal feature

2nd Place
- a pokemon of your choice with any hold item
- another art commision from me and a feature

3rd place
- any pokemon you would like
- another commision from me and a feature as well


If there is anyone willing to donate prizes, features etc. please comment. You will be featured in teh article.

Additonal Information:

Once the tournament gets going and one last pair stands, us admins will administer one final challenge for the two of them. The match will be the same as always, a four-player battle with six pokemon. If the challengers beat this battle they can get two shiny supercharged pokemon of their choice and any hold item they wish. If the challengers are defeated they will just get one each (as it was stated in the prizes section).

The legendary birds, dogs and psychic trio are fine. (ex: Moltres, Articuno, Zapdos, Suicune, Entei, Raikou, Mesprit, Azelf, Uxie.)

If, by any chance, a draw happens between the four combatants, they must face their teammate in a single battle and whoever wins is paired up with the other winner for the next battle.

If the competition goes well, we'll consider making it a monthly contest.

Thank you for reading this! The only thing not covered here is the timeframe between each battle...the reason for that is we'd like to know how many people are willing to participate. Once a good number of people have been gathered then that is when the timeframe per battle will be considered (I'll update this article as much as I can when new information rises as well as in my journal) but right now we need some people! Come on! Lets make it official!
