Save Fantasy: Save the Villains!

Antagonists—-villains—-are the motivators of the hero/heroine and, ultimately, the plot. Frankly, if your villain is not so good, your story may possess the high probability of turning sour, also.

All in all, villains are important characters that need your TLC, too!

Within this article is a brief list compiled of villain clichés gained from research and observation.

Writing Resources

It has been recently realized that there are not enough resources submitted in Deviantart for writers. Upon this discovery I felt it would be a great idea to make a writing resources library.

Hence :iconwritingresources: was created.

Now we need resouces. So if you have any resources you have created or can create to share with writers please note the club so they may be added to the library. If you know of resources posted on Deviantart that fit the bill please note the club with a link and I will persue it.

Writing exercises are also considered a great resource as they enable a writer to grow and expand on their art. So please send those in to.

I look forward to growing and creating a library here on Deviantart that is useful to every writer no matter what type of writing they prefer. If you can help create this library or even just deck out the club with an icon, subscription or css, that would be wonderful as well.

So please spread the word and let`s get writing.

It's definitely an awesome idea! You outta send notes to some of the writing clubs and see if they'll affiliate and/or point you in the direction of some good resources!

BTW, what would you like to see me write about first? I've never done a tutorial like this ya know?
