Moderator's in Chatrooms!!??

reports, May 17There has been a lot of issues in chatrooms i frequent regarding the way moderators (not dAmn mods) conduct themselves.
I myself bieng one such mod.
One thing i want to know is what do people on this site expect from moderators?
so what i want to do is to produce a new article with questions from you guys and issues you people have in relation to mods. in specific these kinds of things...
1) What do you expect from moderators regarding there conduct?
2) What kind of rules do you agree / disagree with?
3) Are there any issues in general you have in regards to mods? (doesn't mean why were you kicked and things like that).
Hopefully once i get enough info i can to the best of my ability resolve any problems you guys might have or at the very least provide my explanations any issues.

A lot of mods do a god job but some don't seem to be able to understand the word. Its mod -> moderator; not god...
And some mods overreact if they get critiqued. A mod is just a user with they right to tell other people what the rules tell and bann them if they don't listen. But he's not some kind of better-user than others.
And i feel like sometimes, some mods feel like being better than the rest. Thats dangerous
