Just getting into BJD, but have no idea where to start shopping? A vetran and tired of telling 1000 people that you got your hydrangea from 4D? Here's a little linksource to cure your woes. Not every company/wig manufacturer/eye manufacturer is listed here, but it's a good place to start.

If your art is not getting much attention, or people's attention are drawn to details that shouldn't be the first things to notice, you might reconsider your thoughts about colours.
DeviantArt has helped many artists get exposed especially the so-called "underdogs" by simply posting their work and getting good critique for it. Well, that was a few years back before the population here started booming and more and more artists are inspired to post their work.
In the past weeks, a number of deviants were not actually complaining but more of concerned that their work is getting unnoticed most of the time. Artists who are popular are always on the front page and those who are only starting out don't get much opportunities of being exposed. This issue has been around for years even dating back to 2005. This has led many deviants looking for similar sites like DA.
Now, it has gotten worse. I've started browsing on the newest photography (since I'm also a photographer) and noticed some good photos that don't even have any pageviews! Some may say that maybe they are just jealous of the attention. Well perhaps that is not the term but these artists, probably like you, are seeking chances of getting known for what they're good at. If one just wants to post their work on the internet and does not mind who sees it, there are many photo hosting sites or literature sites, even blogs. In DA, artists ought to share their work and here opinions in improving their work. They want to sell their prints and have their hard work paid off.
Here are some photos that are worth giving critiques and attention:

Then the actress too good for the play,
Spoke the line she'd been dying to say,
"Use your head, seek what's not too far away."
