Introduction

Naruverse’s first official contest is finally here, in celebration of our first 200 watchers.

So here is the deal everyone. Once our doujin gets printed, we would like to dedicate a section of our beloved readers and fans, and post some of their fan art in a special section at the end of each volume. We would like to use this project as means to promote all the hardworking fans all around the net, and this is one of the best ways to do it.

Your goal for this first contest, out of a series of 3, is to draw a complete composition of one of the following characters, or draw them as a group together.

Ekiguchi Genji and Kouji: The shy and timid shamanistic shinobi.
Kahen Midori: The charming yet vain girly shinobi.
Inuzuka Tsubame: The clumsy outcast with very high spirit
Shiroko: The white wolf/fox.

Please use the character sheets below as reference to help you in your design.

What we are looking for a complete composition with a theme of your choice. The main focus has to be one or all of the characters listed down.

Participants are allowed to alter the characters' clothing as much as they like, yet keeping the character's face and features as loyal to the original as possible is a very important factor.

Categories

The entries will be divided into 5 categories, each of which will have a first, second and third place.

The categories are as follow:-

Genji and Kouji Category: Pictures of Genji and Kouji alone
Midori Category: Pictures of Midori alone
Tsubame Category: Pictures of Tsubame alone
Shiroko Category: Pictures of Shiroko alone
Group Category: Pictures of all 5 characters together!

Each participant is allowed to submit an entry in each of the category, to a total of 5 entries.

Requirements to our Contest

Participants must be Profile Watchers before submitting entries to the project.
Participants can submit only ONE entry PER CONTEST CATEGORY, with a total of 5 entries.
Participants in first, second and third place will be able to provide us with a high resolution version of the winning picture of no less than 2000 by 2000 pixels at 300 dpi

Rules

All deviations must be complete with background and in full color.
All deviations must be new, submitted between the starting and end date of the contest.
All deviations must be 100% original to the artist, no copying and/or tracing will be tolerated.
All deviations must be Mature Content FREE!

How to Submit Your Entry

Send us a note to your deviation with the subject “Contest Entry.” It is also required of you to have us on your watch list, and also to mention the contest in you deviation’s description, with a link to our profile page, or contest journal!

These prizes will be given out to each winner in each category; still, winning first place in more than one category does not double the amount of prizes.
