Clubs and community awareness.

There are many clubs on DA, some with only a small number of members, some with a very large number of members. They all have the same goal and that is giving their members a change to feel part of something. Clubs are great for the community awareness on DA. They provide a place for people to show their work, share tips and information, take part in competitions and in this way improve their work. The Club gallery provides a place to see work of other like minded people and also to show your own work. Clubs are a good way to keep in touch with fellow artists, information about the DA community and of course, information about the clubs main focus. It’s a good place to meet new people, share ideas and pick peoples brains or ask for advice on matters concerning the clubs focus or DA in general. Becoming a member of a club or logging into their page will give clubs the support they need to continue and in return they can give you support in getting your gallery and work noticed. There is probably a club for every interest on DA, but it can be a problem finding the right one for you. A good way to start is to log in to Clubdirectory or Deviant Clubs (and there might be more lists out there of all the clubs on DA), they provide a long (but probably not complete) list of clubs that are available on DA.
