reports, June 17Every day, commercials play across our screens, claiming that the girls need the latest fashion, or the latest makeup just to look beautiful. "If girls aren't so skinny that their ribs show through, or don't have the smallest, tightest-fitting clothes, they couldn't possibly be beautiful." I don't know about you, but I am sick of this world's attempts at making us all "perfect puppets". I look around a subway station or on the Mall in DC and see thousands of beautiful girls who may or may not fit the world's defintion of "perfection".
Girls, listen up:
You are BEAUTIFUL
You are PRECIOUS
You are WONDERFUL
You are AMAZING
and
You are LOVED....just the way you are.
So don't let this world make who you are. Stand up as you are, because who you are is just fine. You don't need to conform to societis ideals just to be "beautiful".

BE WHO YOU ARE, not what the world wants you to be...because what the world wants is simply a grasp of imagination and greed. Who you are is what you are meant to be--beautiful in your own way, in your own light.
