What is *semi-sweeties ?
-*semi-sweeties is a club for people who make or enjoy miniature polymer clay food charms. Such as the charms seen below
Do you have to make Charms to be a member ?
-Nope, *semi-sweeties is for people who enjoy looking at polymer clay food charms as much as it is for those who enjoy making them
What we do:
What is Polymer Clay ?
-Polymer clay is actually not clay at all. It is a form of plastic. The only reason it is called "clay" is because of it's clay like properties. It is a mold-able substance that can be cured in a normal oven (or toaster oven) and will remain strong after baking.
Why food ?
-Simply, it is so darn cute. Polymer clay is a great material for making small dollhouse miniatures and more recently it has become very popular to make jewelry charms out of.
Do you only accept jewelry or charms ?
-No, we accept ornaments, charms, paperweights, and more. Our only rule is that it should show some sort of food and be made mostly of polymer clay.
